Love listening to this podcast. There are great discussions on working out and weightlifting, combined with geekery. Love it.
Interesting premise for the Does It Hold Up section as well as the fitness section from Squats+Espresso. Fun to listen to the trio discuss what I thought were awesome shows of my youth discussing why they may not hold up now.

These three are insanely hilarious together and I can't wait to hear more. Thanks for making me pee myself!
