I love the information provided on this podcast. I'm 61 years old and just started lifting almost 2 years ago and I am loving it! I find so much of the information here helpful as I get older. I would recommend that you stop saying "suffice to say". It is said so many times in a podcast that it just becomes all you hear. It's probably just misophonia but it is really said so many times.
Steph and her brilliant lineup of guests break down women’s health and fitness with a perfect mix of humor, heart, and expert insight. Every episode delivers real-world advice, empowering tips, and inspiring stories from those who genuinely want to see others succeed. Just Wow, excellent episode!
Recently found this podcast and really enjoy it! The conversation with Dr. Darren Candow about creatine was fascinating. What really resonated with me was how little I knew about the benefits of creatine for women and the amazing benefits it can have on bone, mood, memory, and more. Thank you!
Steph, do so enjoy and appreciate your podcast. As a woman of 54 and staring down Menopause 💪🏼, I love your advice. Strength training has been a part of my life for 30 years and it’s never been as important as this phase of life. I am an information addict and am always open to help! Keep it up and thank you for the message to us ladies!
