I absolutely love listening to Spark Something New. I always walk away with different ideas and new perspectives. Dr. Katie does a great job of choosing great guests who bring tons of value to the show. Run, don’t walk to listen in.
Love listening to this podcast! Great takeaways and keeps me coming back for more. My favorite episode was the most recent Dr. E episode. Hearing about “Type 3 diabetes” was eye-opening. I literally took notes during this episode!
This first episode left me curious to see what wisdom is going to unfold on this podcast. As someone who feels the tension of navigating both theory and practice, I appreciate Dr. Katie’s intentions to bridge the gap. In a times where there is so much disconnection within ourselves and between others, it is my pray that this podcast will be an answer to have we can live a life with purpose, on purpose. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
