  • Love It

This podcast is so calming to listen to. You guys go perfectly in depth to each comic you cover. (Also you mentioned The Life of Chuck in the 200th episode. There was a narrator in the movie, so much of the original writing was in the movie. The movie just elevated the story. Highly recommend to anyone out ... more

  • One of the best podcasts

This is one of the best podcast. Grizzy more insight onto the films you watch or you’re about to see. I’m loving the coverage of secret wars right now and I can’t wait for the movie because I’ll feel better prepared with this background knowledge.

Maul: Shadow Lord (Star Wars/ Disney+) Season One - Review & Comparison
Q: What were your first impressions of Season 1, James?
The season is stunning to look at, with exceptionally detailed animation and dynamic lightsaber fights, while also pushing Maul into a more central, morally gray role that challenges traditional heroism.
Timey Wimey Talk: A Doctor Who SPaRCast - Joy To the World Reactions
Q: And Liz, what do you think?
I think it's maybe also a nice allegory for just no matter how hard you might try to fight it, what will be will be.
Timey Wimey Talk: A Doctor Who SPaRCast - Joy To the World Reactions
Q: What about you, Liz? How was your Christmas break?
I think they wrapped it up very nicely. I can't think off the top of my head of any loose ends.
Timey Wimey Talk: A Doctor Who SPaRCast - Joy To the World Reactions
Q: Hayley, you hadn't watched it, you just watched it recently. What's your, you know, two minute spoiler, whatever, it doesn't matter.
I think by now everyone that's listening to this has already seen it. It was, it was fine. I liked it by the end.
Timey Wimey Talk, A Doctor Who SPaRCast/ The Church on Ruby Road (2023 Christmas Special)
Q: Was this episode a good jump-in point for new viewers?
Yes, there were no instructions needed, and even someone unfamiliar with recent episodes found it fun and engaging.
