  • Soflete “maybe” podcast

They put on a great podcast and a lot of topics are very engaging, BUT the release schedule and inconsistency is all over the place. Reliable with nutrition and fitness. Just not in podcasting.

All this knowledge wrapped in the warmth and barbed realness of the SOFLETE crew. Hope to see more episodes in the future!
