  • Good entertainment, but not these are not licensed professionals

I’ve listened to this podcast a few times now and have genuinely appreciated parts of it. Cindy brings a grounded, level-headed perspective that feels rooted in real-life experience. She comes across as thoughtful and practical, which makes her advice easy to trust and apply. The pod cast is genuinely good when they have a guest speaker.

At times, however, the dynamic feels uneven. Some of Ali’s commentary can come across as speculative or overstated. For example, references to hospitals staf... more

  • Manifesting mini-series request! <3

I love this idea! Big time fan of the pod and looking forward to hearing the series. I have a question/prompt for the miniseries… I consider myself somewhat well versed in “the basics” of manifesting, but when it comes down to it I feel like I haven’t found my sweet spot for getting into the flow.. like frequency music & mantra AM/PM. I think my brain just needs that comfort of having a structure to lean on and I’m not sure how to create that for myself or what works for others.

Between this and Rebecca Rosen it’s truly change my life and helped me understand spirituality, and the purpose of life even more. I haven’t really come across an episode. I haven’t enjoyed, but I truly loved the newest one with The dating coach. I try to date intentionally and definitely spiritually and work with my guides constantly for signs especially in love. • How to work on wounds

Listened to the episode on Deja Vu and Synchronities… can you dig in deeper on what are tangible actual steps we can take to do the work to really work on the underlying wound? You mentioned an underlying wound could be you not trusting the timing of the universe or your ability to manifest what you want. What’s it look like to actually do the work on those underlining wounds? Also, what are questions we can ask ourselves to really understand the poor at what’s at our fear and be belief versus j... more
