  • Have a listen…

While I’m not the target audience, I’m so glad I tuned in as a godmother, an aunt, and a person always looking to navigate relationships better. The podcast is digestible and leaves me with things to think about and apply to my life. High recommend.

  • Loved the episode on emotional regulation

I’ve learned a lot about emotional regulation over the last few years as a parent. The way that Dr. Gila explains this and how neurodivergent kids feel things was eye opening for me. I loved the sink model analogy, it really helped me with having compassion for myself when I mess up and why. This allows me to have so much more compassion and understanding for my kids and why they have melt downs.

  • Gila speaks like your encouraging best friend who happens to be a wise psychologist

You know how when you meet with a psychologist, you immediately wish you could know about their personal life and how they use their own teachings in their life? Well that’s what you get from this podcast. Gila is living what she teaches. Her guests are incredible and her tone is so encouraging. But she doesn’t stop at encouraging, she gives action steps and tools you can use too.
