Most episodes deal with American 55 plus communities. I find this concept grotesque, with a whole industry grown up around Americans with completely separate lives. I realise that’s what so many older Americans want, but it makes for unpleasant listening to me.
But having said that, I found the episode of 20 January 2021 about a tiny house village fascinating.

Whether it’s an interview conducted by the forward thinking, Rachel Hill or the one and only Steve Moran, your going to be intrigued!!! Rachel has an amazing way of capturing the “guests” story and raising questions about important topics while Steve does a great job seeking the truth and asking those hard questions!!!
