A fascinating topic and people and Sebastian is such a great interviewer.
I learn so much about the creative and athletic process with every episode. It feels like a backstage pass into the secret passions of some of my favorite writers. Bravo, Sebastian and Austin!
Highly recommend a listen to this podcast about how fitness shapes creative people.
We’re really enjoying this podcast—focusing on the intersection of physical exercise & creativity seems like a fresh premise. Love that it’s pretty family friendly also—also feels fresh to have something adult-oriented that kids can engage with. The host & producer display a nice rapport at the top of the episodes that is maintained with each guest. The show is informative and fun and also relaxing. Looking forward to hearing more!
Have listened to the first two episodes and both were super engaging. I find it really helpful to hear the different types of workouts both Bechdel and Duffy have done and still do, but also their mental space around choosing them. Sebastian seems to be a great listener and asks astute questions based on the flow of conversation. This is now a weekly listen for me!

This show blends fitness, creativity, and personal growth through conversations with authors, comedians, and other creative voices. Episodes center on how physical pursuits—like cycling, climbing, and weight training—inform storytelling, mental health, and daily life, with guests sharing routines, coaching, and the discipline that fuels artistic work. The format leans into practical fitness tips, candid personal journeys, and humorous anecdotes, often pairing climbing or cycling metaphors with craft challenges.
