Second Servings: Steve Lewis
Q: How would you explain Gideon's Bakehouse to somebody who's never experienced it?
The first thing that I talk to people about is that we make cookies that take over 24 hours to prepare, cakes and cold brew that take over 24 hours to prepare, that are all done by hand.
Second Servings: Steve Lewis

I'm a big fan of taking chances, but that's easy for me to say because my only responsibility in life is my two cats.
