  • Love love love!!

Listened to this to do some research when my boyfriends family invited me to make a traditional dish with them. I will be listening to every episode! His voice is so soothing and he describes everything in a very thorough way- without dumbing it down too much! A great podcast, seriously. Very informative while still being entertaining and relaxing to listen to.

  • Wonderful podcast full of great info

I was recommended this podcast and was not disappointed. Every episode is basically a well written thesis on the dish spoken out loud by a great host who’s voice is perfect. He doesn’t rush through his episodes or cram them with ads just to pad for time. Great show. I really can’t recommend the show enough. I’ve been listening to the show almost from the start. The past two years having it to listen to has gotten me through some crazy long wait times at the doctors.
