I may not agree with everything a pastor or leadership says, because we have our own interpretation of the work, but I love all the pastors preach and that they also take accountability when they too fall and show and teach how to repent. It helps me not feel judged, it makes me realize that we all fall, but his love for us is beyond anything we can do. Thank you sandals, for sharing his love and reminding us of how powerful it is and can be.
At times Matt’s preaching almost comes off as stand up comedy, but the message is always focused on Jesus. It’s a nice change of pace from conventional preaching, and I love it.
So much insight from each series. I grow so much in each episode.
I attended sandals for better part of a decade and the last couples years it is not the church I went to. It feels like Matt Brown preaches less and less as time goes on. And since he switched to production, the messages of lost life as it lacks the interaction with audience. Additionally the sermons are given by a wide variety of speaker, most likely the pastors friends. The have become dry, they lack substance, and lately they have been condescending. sadly I must move on.
