Great podcast for those who love sake and want to go deeper into the subject. The style is light but the material is extremely informative. I like the controversial opinions which are backed up with solid research. Some sake ideas need to be challenged. If you agree this is the show for you. Highly recommended for those who love nihonshu. Currently my favourite show about sake.
