For someone like me who learns both sake and English, this podcast is the best! I can’t wait for the next episode!
Great podcast for those who love sake and want to go deeper into the subject. The style is light but the material is extremely informative. I like the controversial opinions which are backed up with solid research. Some sake ideas need to be challenged. If you agree this is the show for you. Highly recommended for those who love nihonshu. Currently my favourite show about sake.
A great listen, interesting ebb and flow and much to be learned from two guys with awesome accents and perspectives on sake. Highly recommended when you’re hanging out for some sake immersion.
I can’t thank you enough, Andy and Jim, for doing this! Your thorough research and rendering to a pleasant conversation is much appreciated. I can’t wait for your Kimoto episode.
This excellent podcast is tailor made for those of us who enjoy a deeper exploration into a wide variety of sake topics. It goes into fantastic detail about the history, language, and production methods related to Nihonshu.
