I’m not a huge podcast fan but I love Sake Revolution. Sake is mysterious; Timothy and John are on a mission to lower the bar to entry for all of us. What is it? How do I drink it? What should I drink it from? What does it taste like? These are questions they answer and more. With guest interviews and deep dives into products this is a fun way to learn about sake. Build your appreciation of sake and enjoy the sound of sake being poured into a glass.
I learned of this great podcast after they had already done over 80 episodes, so I’m trying to catch up. I love learning about sake and these guys are real sake evangelists. I’ve listened to 38 episodes, starting with no. 1, and I can say that Timothy Sullivan and John Puma are doing a great job. They are knowledgeable and entertaining and have a good rapport. Their guests have been interesting and engaging, especially John’s wife. I especially like the Sake Education Corner (wish they woul... more
I love this podcast! The chemistry between Timothy and John is amazing. It's always great to hear about various sake I haven't tried yet and learn something new about this amazing drink. Thank you Timothy and John for making my train rides to work much more enjoyable. Your show is always teaching me something new about Sake.
I work at Sake bistro in West Hollywood and I have to study a lot about sake in order to explain to customers. Tim and Jihn brake it down and it’s really easy to understand about Sake. Very informative and easy to listen to it. Thank you so much for all of the information! I would love to listen to interview by Toji in Japanese too if there is any chance!
