I found this podcast a few months ago and really liked the laid-back style, the lively discussions, as well as the diversity of guests. I subscribed to it back then and have enjoyed it ever since.
I recently discovered this podcast and really enjoy it. I am a Disney fan and a new runner who just turned 50 and this podcast fits my niche perfectly! The host is great, I enjoy listening to his reviews of races and also his talks about the challenges facing us 'older' runners. Of course, his being a Disney fan also helps :) Great podcast!
