Great Podcast, please never stop! Relatable running info for South Africans and applicable to all runners.
This podcast has changed my life in the way it has improved my running. Since I started listening my running has improved dramatically as well as becoming more fun. Coach Parry is knowledgeable and insightful and has a good understanding of all runners; from those who trundle along at 7 or 8 minutes a km to those who can easily complete a marathon in less than 3 hours. Valuable listening if you have any interest in improving your PB’s!
Excellent insight from Biokineticist and coach. Discussion on great subjects from sleeping patterns to running devices, to training advice. Well worth a listen! - Roger
The information in these podcasts are invaluable! The questions are relevant to all runners and are answered in an honest and “to-the-point” manner. Two thumbs up!!
Joined the podcast as Lindsay is the official codes for the Comrades. My wife (65) and I (74) have just decided to run our first Conmrades in 2019. Have found the podcasts quite enjoyable and informative especially the interviews with runners. Look forward to getting more advice on the big race as the event draws closer.
Quick, honest answers that all runners ask.
Best running podcast Ive been able to find. Real expert advice from a pro but pitched on the level of the ordinary social runner.
Keep it coming coach!
Best source of advice and easily accessible. And you'll find that there are so many runners out there with similar goals and issues like you.Coach parry will help you reach your running goals and help you keep injuries at bay. #coachparryrocks
I love the new podcast. Can't wait to hear what's next.
It doesn't matter if you are a novice or a pro but all information is relevant to everyone which is great. It surely helps me to pin point problem areas in my training i.e. nutrition etc. Thank you!
I listened to the Comrades podcasts for my first marathon and could apply every principle even though it was just a 42km. Best all-round coaching advice.
Early days for me, but so far a great informative resource tool. I'm looking forward to incorporating into my training for Comrades 2017!
Excellent, clear information and advice. Format is perfect as it focuses on a specific question, rather then a stream of consciousness! I wish there were some way to 'group' the questions e.g. Nutrition, Injury, Comrades, Two Oceans etc, but not critical -:)
Most helpful fitness cast available. Essential for Comrades; useful for any runner.
Coach Parry podcasts are very informative and a must listen for anybody that is a runner or getting into running.
