One of the best podcast out there!!! I tell all of my neuro spicy friends about because you’re simply amazing, authentic, genuine and just overall great with speaking in a way that I feel understood in my journey with my own creativity and neurodivergence 💜💜💜 much love and support
Caitlin's approach is thoughtful and nuanced, avoiding the pitfalls of toxic positivity while still managing to leave listeners feeling uplifted and energised. Each episode feels like a gentle reminder that our differences are not just okay, but can be a source of immense creative power.
If you’re someone who feels the push and pull of what you know actually works and feels good for you and what the world says should work and feel good for you, I highly recommend pressing play whenever your internal monologue needs some backup. It’s a lovely little antidote to the ableism we’re all bombarded with day in and day out.
I've only been listening to this show for a week, and it's already made me realize better ways to pursue my creative dreams. It's no exaggeration to say it's changed my life. I highly recommend it.
First off, I’m a former fat person. The information in this podcast is not in line with modern science. Yes, there are certain social and psychological factors that contribute to the stigmatization and shame of being overweight. Not acknowledging even a single negative health outcome resulting from obesity is disingenuous and unproductive to actually raising awareness of what it means to be healthy.
