在十日内观的官网上看到：“内观（Vipassana），意为'如其本然地观察事物'”，不由会心一笑。最初给播客取名如其本然，是循着“如来”的“如其本来”之其一含义的，希望瞰见、体证实相。最近的内观禅修体验中，身体在发生着一些变化，手脚变得暖暖的，没有了之前总容易冰凉的感觉。尽管在静坐时总是变换姿势，想起高中的好朋友说她上课无聊时就会看我的坐姿，不知道有多少种。哈哈哈，原来这么多年，我还是我。心境方面则是无数次地感受到许多事都“没关系”。是一种不要紧、如何都可以、没什么大不了的感觉。心绪、感受都变得... more

今年春天我明显感到比去年风要更大，雨水更多。上海官方提醒市民，今年蚊虫也会因气温、湿度变化而比往年增多（备好驱蚊设备哦️️️）。春天的最后一个节气——谷雨刚刚过去，夏天悄悄逼近，身体这个小宇宙也在随着自然大宇宙发生着变化。是时候再给身体多一些关怀了！过去我一直有头疼的毛病，开始接触我现在的中医师父后，他在扎针时总是会帮着我一起找寻头疼的诱因，也总是提醒我“不能累”。就这样，我自己也更多地意识到：头发出汗或湿了不及时吹干、情绪大的起伏、太过劳累、睡得太晚等等，都是诱因。尽量避开后，头疼的问题也得到... more
