Dr Aston and Paredes do their homework beforehand to bring one of the best presentations of information I hold dear. All this is done without pandering or patronizing to any group— just straight talk from two people who know their stuff. 10/10. Two thumbs up. A must listen.

Drs. Aston and Paredes give an interesting and thorough review of what osteopathy is, where it came from, and how it is applied to medicine in a practical way. Occasionally their language slips into the technical, but I think both providers and patients will find something useful in this.
