Jennifer has the right idea with her interviews with accomplished women who may serve as roles models for others. She asks great questions and conducts an informative discussion of the issues women care about. Burnout in real — lots of working mothers have it, or are at risk of developing symptoms of burnout. They need to learn how to recognize and prevent this downward spiral.
