I love Lauren and Maria’s content and perspectives. The topics on this pod are great, but the audio quality needs a lot of help. On the latest episode, I could only hear Lauren, and Maria sounded like she was 10 feet away from the mic. This kind of solid content deserves a better recording setup.
Lauren and Maria have conversations I wish my younger self had with her friends. But, it’s never to late to start! This podcast is warm, friendly, and informative, and full of spontaneity and comfort that we all hope to feel from friendships. You should definitely listen!
This is a great duo! I love their content separately and think the show format is great and well paced! They are engaging and I always find myself having a good laugh during my hour with them. Both have a sharp wit and are down to earth. They will challenge you to reconsider your relationship with food and movement and invite more ease into these areas of life that are rife with anxiety and restriction.
I love Maria and Lauren and follow them on IG. This podcast makes me feel like I am listening to my friends talk about issues in a fun and informative way. I cannot wait to see what topics they talk about next.
Lauren and Maria do a great job addressing some heavy topics like body image, diet culture, and colonialism while clearly having a real conversation between friends. You can tell the episodes are outlined and thankfully not scripted. Looking forward to more episodes!
