這一集題目的發想來自去年12月時，Vicky在去健身房的路上，被一位路人大姐撞上的小故事，當下Vicky很傻眼、錯愕，對方很明顯自己也嚇到，雖然左腳膝蓋有擦傷瘀青，Vicky當下還是決定繼續去上運動課，把其中一堂比較激烈的拳擊有氧課程取消，只上一堂比較靜態性的課程。如果是以前，Vicky可能帶著不開心的情緒，就轉頭回家，這次她選擇臣服於已發生的小事故，在不危害身體的狀況下，繼續她的課程。
