  • Master Your Money

I’ve been following them since they started and listened to every episode. I’m currently working policies for my family with Hans. These guys know their stuff and as a force multiplier they are building a network of likeminded companies like LegacyLock and Tax Sherpa to make sure you control all of your capital. It’s a learning curve for sure but they are here to help. Don’t wait! Rethink your thinking and optimize not just your future but the generations after.

  • Absolute Must Listen Podcast

I’ve been through the Covid nightmare alongside Brian Moody and Hans Toohey, and let me assure you there’s not a more competent, self-educated, and freedom/Constitution loving pair of individuals out there. I trust these guys with my finances, and my life. I have no doubt their business is going places, and this podcast is evidence of their know-how and determination to adhere to a Christian ethos in the face of extreme adversity and evil.

  • Great Podcast-A Must Listen

This is a great podcast. If you’re curious about what America would look like if government was small, at the mercy Of The People, and working FOR The People then this is a great choice. Very informative episodes and the timing couldn’t be better to be having these conversations with your tribe at home, at work, and in your neighborhood. Thank you Brian and Hans for being leaders in this space.

  • The Right Stuff

At the end of the day, Brian Moody is trustworthy and competent to entrust with your financial future.

I believe I have begun to grasp his concept and it has made me interested. It’s hard to break with tradition, but rarely does anyone beat a system that is rigged against you unless you go against the grain.

I believe Brian is reiterating what Einstein said, those who understand compound interest will be rich. Those who don’t will be poor.

Definitely has peaked my interest and is worth your... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

E105 - Stop Planning for Retirement, Start Planning for Freedom
Q: How do the guests propose handling inflation and income security in retirement?
By combining inflation-indexed cash flows (via certain life-insurance/annuities structures) with growth-oriented assets and disciplined withdrawal/income strategy, ensuring there is always a floor of guaranteed income while still allowing upside from the market.
E105 - Stop Planning for Retirement, Start Planning for Freedom
Q: Why is the 4% rule criticized in this discussion?
Because it relies on fixed assumptions and doesn't account for sequence of returns risk or human behavior, which can cause retirees to run out of money even with a historically “safe” 4% withdrawal rate.
E105 - Stop Planning for Retirement, Start Planning for Freedom
Q: What are the two bookend approaches to retirement planning discussed in the episode?
The hosts outline a safety-first, guaranteed-income framework (often using annuities or inflation-indexed products) and a growth/accumulation framework (heavily involving the S&P and dividend growth). They argue for a middle ground that provides inflation-protected income while allowing growth, thus reducing sequence risk and keeping options open.
E64 - Why the Fed Can't Control Interest Rates Anymore
Q: Why do you believe SOFR has changed the dynamics of interest rates compared to LIBOR?
SOFR reflects actual market transactions in the Treasury repo market, making it a true market-based benchmark, whereas LIBOR was based on submitted quotes that could be manipulated. This makes long-term rates more responsive to real-time market conditions rather than central-bank signaling alone.
Education and Transparency: What your Realtor Should be Doing w/ Gregg Costin
Q: How can a realtor who hates realtors still help me if I'm in another state?
They can vet local agents on your behalf, interview brokerages, and oversee the process behind the scenes to ensure your interests are protected, even from distance, by coordinating through referrals and cross-state collaboration.
