Love the logical and easy to access break downs of beliefs and behaviors that I want to shift. Had a great perspective shift from the confidence episode! Also appreciate the embodiment practices. Looking forward to more!
This is definitely for those who are already successful....coded for the young female professional. Nothing wrong with that, but if you are a true mess, you will find this alienating. This is for the woman who has everything and feels empty- not the woman who has nothing and is traumatized speechless.
Alyssia, I love how you break information down but mostly I enjoy your energy and enthusiasm. Keep up the good work.

The episode “Stop Fixing Yourself” described me and told me how to fix myself (irony intended). It wasn’t until I realized that what I was doing was having the opposite effect and changed my perspective, that I really feel capable of making my life better. It’s only been a few weeks but I have hope again. I’m excited about what I can do with every day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s been such a major shift and the advice I truly needed to hear. You are such a blessing.
