There’s so many podcasts and books out there about mindfulness, healing and unlearning patterns but Alyssia truly puts on a masterclass. After listening to all the episodes, I felt similar to how I once did about 18 months ago - connected, happy at my core and deeply in touch with my feelings. Relish is exactly what we all need!
