  • Good but requires patience

Well meaning and informative advice from a couple of experts. However the format feels a bit like broadcast TV where commercial breaks seem to overtake the content of the show. I'm all for self sustaining income, but is there a degree to which it just becomes a bit much.

  • Ad City

I tried to enjoy this podcast but there are so many ads. I think considering the professions of these women, this many ads seem greedy. Kind of a turn off.

  • Superficial

Basic advice squeezed in between ads. Vibe feels rushed and frenetic. No thanks!

Is It Okay to Admit You’re Less Attracted to Your Partner? Plus: Carl Radke Wants our Advice!
Q: Hey, it's Carl Radke. Here's my question for you. I opened my new business, Soft Bar, which is a bar and cafe in Brooklyn, New York. It's alcohol free. How do I navigate feeling like an imposter while receiving praise in early success?
Reframe imposter syndrome as a normal part of stepping into a new role. Acknowledge that visibility and praise often come from peers and supporters who are excited about the change, not necessarily because you've proven you're flawless. Focus on identity integration—what you're learning, what you need to grow, and how your mission aligns with your actions—rather than chasing an elusive sense of being 'the expert,' which may always feel just out of reach.
What If Your Father Is Having a Baby With Someone Your Age? Plus: David Duchovny Gives US Advice!
Q: How do you tell a friend their Botox and fillers look excessive?
Consider the friend's feelings; if they are generally happy, it may be best to say nothing, but if they express dissatisfaction with their appearance, you might gently ask how they feel about their cosmetic choices.
What If Your Father Is Having a Baby With Someone Your Age? Plus: David Duchovny Gives US Advice!
Q: Am I a bad person for wanting space and for setting boundaries with my father?
You're not a bad person for your feelings, but it's essential to explore and understand those feelings without needing to confront your father harshly.
Should Parents Stay at Your Place or a Hotel? Plus: Temptation in the Office
Q: How do I approach this subject with my parents when they're planning their next visit to come see us?
Start with expressing love for your parents, and mention that the space can get a little cramped during longer visits. Suggest spending quality time and acknowledge the adjustment, while also looking for solutions that respect both your needs and your husband's.
How Do You Stop Having the Same Fight Over and Over? Plus: Advice Gone Wrong!
Q: How can we change our communication or approach to avoid having variations of the same arguments over and over?
We should recognize that both partners have different styles and find a way to work with those differences, rather than trying to change each other.
