I’ve been listening since this podcast started and continue to enjoy it. The topics are interesting each episode, and I always feel that I get something useful from each episode. Gretchen and Lori are good about giving thoughtful responses.
Always addresses relatable issues and discusses them in interesting and meaningful ways. I love this podcast and Lori's other one Dear Therapists (currently on hiatus)!
This show has got me thinking about real life dilemmas and I appreciate both Lori and Gretchen’s advice, which is non-judgmental, practical and understanding of a range of people. It’s always s really interesting to listen and I can always relate. Well done guys!
Love the show but commercials are taking over. Also, why start a podcast that you can’t maintain? You took a long break at Christmas, and now another two months??
There is so much thoughtful and useful advice in this podcast, much of it research based but also connected to peoples experiences. The presenters deal with some serious issues but always with a light touch. I learn something every time I listen, thank you both
