  • Changes

First off I want to start by saying I love your show and you have helped me so much! But since the rebranding the episodes sound so different. The background noise of birds chirping is really overstimulating and at times has made it hard for me to finish episodes. I also miss the intro and outro music you used to have, it was so calming and instantly put me in a relaxed state to listen to the episode. Again, love everything you speak on, just a couple changes I have noticed with the rebrand

  • So helpful 🤍

This podcast was one of a few resources I dove into over the past year that has completely changed my relationship with my boyfriend and, even more so, my relationship with myself. I feel more confident in making decisions and going through “big life transitions” than ever before. It was so helpful to know I was not alone & to hear wisdom from someone with a faith perspective!

  • Not for “people”

Maybe it has changed in newer episodes, but the first 2 episodes clearly are not for “people; they’re geared towards female people. That’s fine, just say it’s a podcast for women.

  • Thank you so much McKell

This podcast has made the world of difference to me. You explain things in a way that really resonates and makes me feel so much less alone. I actually have worked through most of my ROCD now - I only ever experience it on a rare occasion - and I am so thankful for your help with that. Your podcast was a perfect accompaniment to the CBT therapy I had 🩷
