My favorite podcast. I’ve dealt with postpartum anxiety and insomnia and tried medicine and all sorts of things but listening to this podcast on headphones at bedtime has seriously helped me so much. Soothing voices , intelligent funny conversations and just an all around positive vibe. I don’t know the science behind it but it’s helped me so much with my nighttime anxiety. Can’t thank you guys enough.
