  • Sincerely Enjoy

Does Andy have ADHD? I don’t mean the hyperactive type, at least not physically but perhaps the type of hyperactivity that happens in the mind?

I genuinely laugh at and enjoy your show and conversations. I appreciate the details and I greatly look forward to listening to new episodes!

Is it weird if I’m sitting here trying to think of what to write and I’m scanning my memory for a specific conversation to touch on and then the first thing that comes to mind is the fleshlight conversation?

  • Great podcast!

I love this lighthearted, cheery podcast. It always makes me feel better, even when I haven’t watched the show they’re recapping.

One tiny, crazy specific request: Andy, please read Bright Young Women by Jessica Knoll to recalibrate the Ted Bundy lore a bit.

Otherwise, absolutely no notes carry on!

  • Under Rob’s Spell, and problematic men in general

I think as a know it all who is very confident his opinion is right, Andy has issues with fellow know it alls which he feels housewives are. The intriguing part of Traitors is how it is a social experiment that shows human nature and our Shandy hosts are showing their bias. But Rob is not a brilliant mastermind, these faithfuls are falling for Rob’s nonchalant pretty privilege that allows Rob to get away with hell, as he has on every show he has been on (and probably in life lol). Q&A! Blinded By Breadcrumbs & Does His Bad Taste Mean Bad Compatibility? - Ep 460
Q: Anonymous asks about dating someone who was the 'worst' but with great sex, and whether chemistry can mask deeper issues; have you dated people who bring out the worst in you?
Yes, both hosts share experiences of past relationships where chemistry was high but values and honesty were misaligned, stressing that long-term compatibility and shared values matter more than peak chemistry.
Q&A! Blinded By Breadcrumbs & Does His Bad Taste Mean Bad Compatibility? - Ep 460
Q: The first question from P asks how to stay present with a partner who talks about their job in ways that feel tedious, and whether to push through or change the dynamic.
The hosts suggest that you don't need to be 100% engaged in every detail; you should ensure your partner feels heard in other conversations, and have an upfront conversation about how much detail you want to hear, balancing honesty with emotional support.
Q&A! Your Boyfriend Isn't "Obsessed" With You & Your Dad Has 2 Girlfriends - Ep 453
Q: Dear Shandy, can you tell me the cities involved in this long-distance dating scenario and whether keeping dating is wise when moving to a second city is on the table?
The hosts advise starting fresh in June, suggesting not to heavily invest in the current long-distance setup and to test the relationship's viability by actually experiencing life in the new city; if there isn't a strong, mutual sense of obsession or future alignment, it's better to consider separating or pausing the relationship.
Q&A! How To Tell Your Friends They're Filthy & Finding Your Own "Andy" - Ep 441
Q: Are we being too uptight and dainty?
There are legitimate issues with wanting to keep things clean and safe, so it's reasonable to not want to stay in a filthy environment, especially with children.
Q&A! How To Tell Your Friends They're Filthy & Finding Your Own "Andy" - Ep 441
Q: Do I feed into what my parents are saying and watch out for these controlling behaviors?
As long as you're happy and satisfied with your relationship dynamics, outside opinions shouldn't affect your happiness.
