I love this podcast. Tulsa City Church is a place where my wife and I were reborn, is a place where we found Jesus. Thanks for recording this podcast.
This podcast instantly became my favorite. As a member of City Church Tulsa, Pastor Matt’s commitment to struggling well with the intangibles of our faith has been deeply healing to me. His and Cody’s insights on current events through the eyes of the Gospel are so refreshing. Neither are hyper-religious in their language or their “way,” but both have very obviously dedicated their lives to the pursuit of Truth. Love them, love the podcast.
I discovered this podcast through Cody Jensen who is a co-host of the podcast and whom I follow and support for couple of years now. It’s refreshing to hear to American christians talking about faith while remaining „down to earth“, literally. Recommended to everyone who felt disconnected from his faith because of BS distributed by fundamentalists and blind followers.
In a time I find myself overwhelmed and torn in my thinking this discussion provided biblical grounding and insight! It was calming and encouraging for my soul!
Great discussion. It’s raw and real.
