As a stroke survivor there’s certainly lots of helpful and insightful info, and I so appreciate those who share their stories. However, I started listening to the episode with Chanell and the editing was horrible, her story was cut off, and all I heard was the host going on and on about himself and his experience. I didn’t get very far into the episode and had to turn it off because he was so annoying. Apologies to Chanell!
Bill, has taught me a lot about how different people recover after stroke. I found his podcast about four months ago. I’ve been listening every day since. He has 300+ episodes so far. If one of the episodes titled that you are not interested in, you can just scroll to the next one. I stumbled upon this podcast following my 89 year old mother’s stroke. As a health care provider myself I had colleagues I could reach out to and I knew the general questions to ask to get us headed in the right direction, BUT no one was able to provide me with adequate answers.
