  • So helpful and encouraging

I wish I had found your podcast right after my stroke 8 years ago. It has helped me feel so much better hearing so many different stories of stroke survivors. Being able to hear others explain what they have experienced makes me feel like it’s normal to be feeling and experiencing what I do. I also appreciate all the knowledge that you and everyone shares about helping with all the problems I encounter. It makes me feel so hopeful and more accepting of challenges and coming to terms with my pres... more

  • Good but…

As a stroke survivor there’s certainly lots of helpful and insightful info, and I so appreciate those who share their stories. However, I started listening to the episode with Chanell and the editing was horrible, her story was cut off, and all I heard was the host going on and on about himself and his experience. I didn’t get very far into the episode and had to turn it off because he was so annoying. Apologies to Chanell!
