I don’t think it’s fair to discuss personal real estate transactions on your show. You know nothing about what I sold in assignment or the profit that was made.
I usually listen to your podcasts and have learned some stuff, but know I realize you are biased to only what you believe is right. For some people having 200k in the bank would be better than cash flowing $100 a month
