I appreciate your podcast. Thank you. Your new female reader needs to please consider much more practice before the show. Words are being mispronounced. It’s very hard to listen to. I’m sure she’s a lovely girl, but her diction is poor, sounds totally uninterested in what she’s reading, and she sounds like a young teenager. Work with a public speaking voice coach for just a few session would be great. Best of luck.
