This episode of Q is the best discussion of the subject of reparations I’ve ever heard. It is also going to be the mostly widely-shared podcast episode in my library. My favorite part of the episode is where Micah corrects an assumption in Gabe’s question that Black people will benefit most from the practice of repair, responding rightly that all believers will benefit from this discussion and work.
Thought-provoking, challenging in all the best ways, full of content that really inspires you to grow in your faith and life in so many ways.
Gabe and the whole team at Q do an amazing job of helping leaders think well. I 100% recommend listening to this podcast.
I love listening to the stories and seeing what the Holy Spirit is doing to our family. But I still feel like I have to discern the topics and decide which talks are going in the right direction. Calling it racist and calling it climate change are controversial, so to have a talk without a discussion seems to be one-sided. Instead I would like to see conversations in between competing views, but overall I give it a three star, five stars if I didn’t disagree with some topics.
I depend on the Q podcast for a gentle (and yet sometimes alarming) presentation of Christian thinking and soulful responses.
