Inspiring & Amazing SLP stories
I found Jena’s podcasts in May 2018 as I was making the decision to leave the schools. The stories she shares through the SLPs on her podcast are so inspiring and motivating that it led me to believe I can do this too! The school contract came in almost by accident, but once I saw the potential, I ran the numbers, brought in two providers, and realized it allowed us to grow without all the risk resting on my shoulders, enabling a scalable model with specialists in different areas.
