I spend most days listening to Pete and Melissa talk about Poker, Philosophy and Life. They have great chemistry and great senses of humour. They give great relatable insights into the world of online and live poker. You never know what you’re going to get in each episode but you will be entertained and you will learn something!
There are many many poker resources for the technical side of the game, but very few that focus on the mental game side.

Once you listen to one, you will listen to all . They really do seem to “ distil” the poker concepts in way that you understand them and hit home. It’s a perfect duo, the poker coach Pete Clark and his amazing student Melissa, taking about all kinds of situations, hardships, and philosophies of poker and life.

Nominally this podcast is about poker psychology and mental game. In practice, the ostensible coach who leads the discussions is much less curious, insightful, and centered than his student. Some of the advice that she appears to be internalizing is unfortunate and a little bit sad. For example, there is a lengthy discussion about how "booking a win" is negative EV. That's ludicrous.
