  • Entertaining and knowledgeable

Just listened to the "KISS: Make Your Own Album" episide. Not only do I love listening to the hosts' knowledge and opinions, but the comraderie between the guys is excellent. You feel like you are sitting in the basement with a cold beer talking KISS. Keep it up guys!

  • Great Rock Talk

Got into this at the start of the COVID lockdown, listening to these guys helped me get through that time, and I’ve hung in there since. Dylan, most Queen fans would put Sheer Heart Attack in their top 3, it’s not really a hidden gem. Still a great podcast though.

  • Great rock and metal podcast!

This is a podcast with 4 guys and occasional guests sitting around drinking beer and talking about hard rock and metal music. I've always thought that I've had a good knowledge of music and bands, but I have learned new things about some of the bands I like and I have found out about other bands that, for one reason or another, weren't on my radar. Other podcasts may be more polished, but this one is always entertaining. They make me laugh every show. They are opiniated, but that's a sign of the... more

  • Rush: Exit to Hold Your Fire

This is when they really lost me, Hold Your Fire, Presto, Roll The Bones (they rap?!?!). I came back from overseas and my supervisor and I connected over Rush. I told him they lost me with this period, he tried to convince me otherwise, but it didn’t work. Counterparts was released and we went to see the band togeth... more

Episode 461: Hard Rock Newbie Q&A
Q: What are two or three of the best live experiences you've had?
The Foo Fighters show at Citi Field stands out as magical and unexpected, partly because of a spontaneous chance to attend and the energy of the band, including Royal Blood opening; it's a peak live moment that blends personal connection with a historic tour moment.
Episode 411: Two By Two (Queen Part 4)
Q: What do you think of this album?
It's more straightforward, more streamlined. Like there's no vaudeville shit on this one at all.
Episode 411: Two By Two (Queen Part 4)
Q: What do you think of it?
I thought it was a good conversation. We all had a very different idea of what we like to see in a front person of the band.
Episode 384: KISS Dream Box Sets
Q: What do you think of KISS's last album?
I think Monster was better than Sonic Boom, and I enjoyed it overall!
Episode 384: KISS Dream Box Sets
Q: What do you think of the money for box sets?
Most would pay enough for box sets like these due to the demand and what’s included!
