  • I'm new here but I'm staying

I was introduced to this podcast by Star Wars 7x7 recently and have started combing my way through the many episodes with my favorites so far being the year long breakdowns of the movies for their anniversaries. I greatly enjoy the deep discussions and as a remote worker having this on in the background I find soothing. May the Force be with you!!

Episode 1049 - The Mandalorian and Grogu One Month Later
Q: What does the movie say about Hope?
Allen suggests Grogu embodies hope in the film, showing courageous, proactive choices and a belief in a better outcome even when danger is present.
Episode 1049 - The Mandalorian and Grogu One Month Later
Q: Should they have gone with season four of The Mandalorian instead of having done this?
Allen argues it would have been better served by Season 4 to develop the long-running storytelling and stakes, rather than short-cutting the build-up for a theater release.
Allen Voivod on Hyperspacing Hope
Q: What do you hope readers take away from Hyperspacing Hope even if they aren't Star Wars fans?
I want readers to be inspired to rewatch the movies with a new lens, experience how hope can be framed in everyday life, and feel enabled to translate that mindset into small, practical acts of goodwill in their communities.
Allen Voivod on Hyperspacing Hope
Q: And as you were rewatching all the movies and analyzing, if you could add one new line into any Star Wars film, where would it be?
I didn't originally plan to insert a new line, but I did consider moments like adding dialogue around trust and hope during a tense shuttle sequence to shift perception from blind faith to informed hope.
Episode 992 - The Force Awakens, Part 1: "This Will Begin to Make Things Right"
Q: Tell us about your first viewing. What was that like for The Force Awakens?
It was like, this is not happening. This is amazing.
