  • Only presents one side of driving

    Driving for Lyft is NOT easy. I just reached my 2,500th ride. There are certainly some drivers out there with well over 10,000 rides logged. For every 9 customers who can “Pick Me Up” after I pick them up, there will be 1 who will “Bring Me Down” ... way down. It’s not just a matter of needing “thick skin” to drive for Lyft - or perhaps any ride share / hold any customer service position - it’s also a matter of kindness.
