Every day, voices compete for our attention and trust. Politicians, business leaders, influencers, and even our own desires promise to lead us toward the good life. But Psalm 146 reminds us that every human leader is temporary. Their plans perish, an... more

My wife and I were looking for a new church after moving to Phoenix and tried several around the valley. PBC stands out because it is made up of imperfect, honest, down to earth followers of Christ who submit to the teaching and authority of Jesus. There’s a focus on serving and community that is fundamental to living out the mission as the hands and feet of Jesus. Tim, AC, Graham, Kyle and the rest of the leadership team do an excellent job shepherding, teaching and modeling Christ. We’ll worth... more
I went to this church when I lived in Phoenix but moved away. It’s been years since I’ve moved but Tim is one of my all time favorite Pastors. He preaches from the Bible, speaks hard truths, relatable and funny. I love listening to these while I am working and it refreshes me with God and challenges me as well.
On vacation to the Phoenix area, we were privileged to visit this church. Everything was done with excellence from children’s church check in to the ice cream social after! We so enjoyed Pastor Tim’s sermon and I can’t wait to catch up on past sermons and listen to the sermons yet to come. I would highly recommend this church to anyone living in the area...genuine people, solid preaching of God’s word, leadership with wisdom, and a spirit filled fellowship.
Phoenix Bible Church has shown me what it really means to call a church “home” until I walked through the doors here. This was my first church I tried my freshman year of college and have not been able to love another church as much as I love this one. The community is amazing, everybody is so welcoming and understanding of all types of backgrounds. I never feel the need to pretend to be somebody else on a Sunday morning. God has worked in my heart through this church. I’m so blessed to call thi... more
Pastor Tim makes every sermon personal and always brings the point back to Jesus. He doesn't focus on what makes us different from other churches but rather spends time looking at the Word and how it should affect our lives individually and collectively. I love the sermons and would recommend them to anyone!

Sermons center on gospel themes, biblical literacy, and practical faith in daily life, with a strong emphasis on Jesus, community, and missional living. Episodes blend expository preaching (Philippians and Easter themes) with Holy Week reflections, family-focused ministry, and ministry leadership stories. Notable is the consistent integration of church life, real-world application, and authentic personal narratives that tie theology to everyday practice, plus a frequent focus on Holy Week and Easter as overarching through-lines. The show is likely to appeal to listeners who value Bible-centered teaching, pastoral leadership, and community discipleship, often from a Phoenix-based church context, with content that ranges from devotional and f... more
