I try to listen and I really like the hosts but it gets so bad with the "UMS". I find myself so distracted I cant finish the show. Show 83 was so bad with every other word from the person interviewed was UM I had to stop and move on. Usually its the word "like" every other word that gets me. And it seems if one starts it then everyone starts "uming" and "like-ing". Sorry guys.

I’ve only just discovered your podcast! Where have I been? I just love it. Being a wedding pro at the best of times can be an isolating job. It’s even more so during this ridiculousness.
