The value of this show is beyond words. The consistency of publishing, the value of the information, Derek just being pleasant to listen to— I could go on and on.
Derek and his team are amazing! This podcast is very helpful and a great listen on the way to mobile notary jobs. The topics are so true to what we need to know and every day struggles. He is relatable and its easy to just listen to one after the other to absorb the knowledge!
I love this podcast and look forward to it every Monday! Derrick is full of good tips and tricks on how to be an excellent Notary Signing Agent, as well as how to run your notary business. I became a notary in 2003 out of necessity because I was an Escrow Assistant. Speaking from an escrow perspective, if you do what Derrick teaches, you’ll be golden with Title and Escrow companies. Derrick, thank you for your dedication to this podcast and for sharing all of your knowledge!
I’ve binged all of DVO’s episodes up until now while I wait for my commission here in Arizona. I hope whoever I work with in the future knows I’ll be over-communicating because of DVO’s coaching and expectations of his agents that he works with. As a fellow donut-connoisseur I just wanted to show some appreciation for all you offer and do, thanks!
Love this podcast, I’ve been a notary for many year (2004) and never really did much with it, but just renewed my commission every time it was about to expire; just recently learned about becoming a Loan Signing Agent and this podcast has giving me the motivation to do so. I’ve scheduled myself to start the LSS course in July! Wish me luck!
