Thanks Michelle, This came a couple days after a tense meeting where I suddenly was on the opposite side of an issue. I'm thankful to realize that you just confirmed most of the steps I took to resolve it with biblical intentionality, but also the ability to see where I could have done better. In my 43+ year career I dealt with a large amount of conflict in the workplace. I had training in conflict resolution but was always wanting the biblical piece. I am so excited to learn more from Michelle and put these principles into practice!
A great, to-the-point podcast that delivered a lot in just 20 minutes. I learned so much and stayed engaged the whole time. It was challenging in a good way and offered practical strategies for growing through conflict. Definitely worth a re-listen.
