To brief this podcast Jem is awesome and Justin whines about money issues and would rather search for the “easy button” then just do work. His pre-order has taken way to long to process now that he already took the money and spent it on a vacuum
I run a very similar business to both these guys, in the same niche industry, and have followed them both on Instagram for years, so it almost feels like this is being produced just for me.
I’ve often felt like I’m all on my own out here trying to figure out what I’m doing. It’s both comforting to hear how other people are experiencing the same challenges, and inspiring to hear how they are solving them. Every episode gives me at least one idea or thing to try.
This is a fantastic insight into running custom fabrication business. I have already picked up so much info from just the workflow software chats alone. There is so much spoken about that I thought I was alone in experiencing so it’s a great relief to find it’s not just me! I will be listening for as long as these are released!
Justin and Jim are great to listen to if you’re interested in any type of CNC shop content. Looking forward to learning from them in the future episodes!
