Kathy is so compassionate and empathetic and extremely knowledgeable about sports psychology and the psychology and pressure that comes with being a parent of a peak performance athlete. If you are a parent of an athlete and get caught up in the stress of compeitive sports, you will do well to listen to this podcast.

I am hoping that coaches would consider making it mandatory for all parents to listen to these thought provoking discussions.
