As an Oregon State fan, thanks for the fond memories of the 2006 and 2007 CWS Championship Series. You were spot on with the turning point of the first one being the first baseman putting his glove foot on the bag and limiting his range.
Though Jacoby Ellsbury was only on the 2005 Omaha team that went 2 and BBQ. The 2007 group was best remembered by the relay from John Wallace to Darwin Barney to Mitch Canham to hose your guy at the plate. #GoBeavs and #GoHeels this weekend.
I’ve seen adult men in your fanbase yell at children with opposing team shirts on. Many times. At least admit what your fanbase chanted at David Noel.
High Point University ain’t just for rich kids.
Living abroad, this is my Triangle sports fix and connection. Been reading Giglio since my NC State days. Together with Ovies, they have great balance, fair takes, and it’s not an NC State podcast, although I wouldn’t mind. Keep it up. Go Pack.
I have listened to you guys all my life as a 30 year old male and I love y’all to this day! I love what y’all have done post 99.9 days, keep goin!
