The Okinawa Karate Podcast is the only Karate podcast from the Birthplace of Karate, Okinawa Japan.
Many listeners know that Okinawa is a very small island with a very large heart. This is ever true in the circle of Okinawa Karate. My goal with this podcast is to share some of this beauty with you.
Thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy.

Josh Simmers

Coming to you from the birthplace of karate, Oki’nawa, Japan! I love listening to all the interviews and different karate teachers. Keep it up!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for a few years and have really enjoyed the hosts laid back attitude - exactly the same as Okinawan culture.
Josh has a fantastic ability to ask the right questions at the right time, and we have really been able to get a true glimpse into his guests.
I look forward to more and more episodes - he also sounds like Ron Swanson from the TV Show, Parks and Recreation.
Very great podcast, from the birthplace of Karate. All episodes are very cool and all these informations of all these great Karate guys from all over the world.
Great. Hope there are still more episodes in the future.
Love to listen to it, while I drive to work.
