I’ve been listening weekly for several months and am sad to see this podcast end. The episodes were memorable and insightful. I particularly appreciated that care was taken to highlight the perspectives and experiences of those directly affected by featured stories and issues.
Awareness and in depth discussion of foreign issues is diminishing with the normalization of pseudo unvalidated “journalism” on instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. I’m concerned that society, through algorithms and rescinded l(U.S.)media laws, are only hearing what they want to hear and never receive different perspectives domestically and internationally.
