Not knowing the intentions isn’t a valid excuse. The intent behind posting that video was very clear. At some point, we have to stop minimizing or explaining away his actions and call them what they are. Continuing to excuse this behavior is part of the problem. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck. Do better CBC. Don’t become apart of the problem. His intent was clear. Call it out!
This is the best Canadian news podcast. It's so incredibly produced and the work is intrepid. It's a model for what the CBC could represent to Canadians.
So much focus on a country that is not Canada. Good for American listeners (if) but not for Canadians who have their own culture and news events. CBC making itself irrelevant.
Excellent coverage of the news. I don’t always listen as I watch The National (the coverage is very similar) but when I do it is great. Very good use of the audio format.
