Every Saturday she makes politics make sense, taking you to Parliament Hill and across Canada for in-depth interviews, documentaries and analysis of the week’s news — from across the political spectrum. The U.S. Ambassador to Canada says he’s disappointed in what he calls the “anti-American” sentiment of the elbows up campaign. So this week on House Party, we’re asking: are those hurt feelings getting in the way of Prime Minister Mark Carney being a... more
This week, Donald Trump enjoyed a second state visit to the United Kingdom and was feted by King Charles and the royal family at Windsor Castle — a move some Brits saw as the United Kingdom sucking up to the U.S. president. Canadian podcaster and aut... more

PLEASE keep House Party as a regular thing!! We so need a regular politics podcast in Canada. Love the House Party episodes.
I have been a fan of this podcast by accident. I was listening to the cousin podcast House Party (ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PODCAST in my opinion) and crossed this. The two together can give a great understanding of our country and what we are facing. Catherine Cullen is a fantastic host that is pleasant to listen to gets answers that I am searching for. I love the House and will continue to listen to it. But make an old man really happy! Bring back the House Party too. Two great podcasts? Side by sid... more
I always love this show as it provides a good overview of politics that week, but also complements Power and Politics if you listen to that too.
Please keep House Party going! It could stay a separate podcast or be incorporated as a standing panel on the show. The co-hosts from CBC Alberta and Radio-Canada really add some interesting perspectives and avoid the “Ottawa bubble”. Would love to see House Party have guests from other regions (BC, North, Atlantic) when it is applicable.
Really like the shorter versions of this podcast as sometimes I don’t have an hour. Also like hearing opinions from all sides so please bring house party back when parliament returns.
Finally commentary I can actually enjoy listening to
Catherine and the boys are so good at providing informative relevant analysis from differing perspectives without sounding like they are campaigning or being high handed or snarky
I LOVE the ease they all have at being together whether they agree with each or political actors or not.
Can you do this daily?🤭 💕
