Great show. Keep up the great work.
CBC’s political bias has gone so haywire it’s unbearable. Everyday it’s Trump this Trump that or far right this and that. You’d think it’s because of World Report but their other news segments spew the same flavour. If you want neutral reporting go Reuters.
I really liked this podcast for about a week - I found it very efficient. But the day the lead story was about Rogers customer service I quit! How is that World news??
10 minutes of mainly just international headlines, which is exactly what I want. That being said, this podcast has become “Daily updates on Israel/Palestine, Russia/Ukraine”. There are plenty of other headlines that are being ignored for non-substantive updates on these two conflicts; it is tiresome.
Update: lowering the score after reporting that anyone in Australia that disagrees with the government are N***s. Are you kidding?
Biased reporting, and hyper-focused solely on one conflict day after day after day. Not to mention contributing to the disgusting antisemitic climate in Canada we see today. They seem to forget there are other news-worthy things going on in the world… Very disappointing and shameful
