Rachel is the inner voice (vs inner critic) we all need for ourselves. She gets it! All the good and bad of mid-life for women; all the putting ourselves last for so long and then coming into our own with confidence and not caring what others think and finally being who we have always been and were meant to be. She’s real and authentic and she is here for all of it!
Rachel is going to tell you how it is, call you out when you doubt yourself and do it all in a way that makes you feel good. Midlife is weird. And I’m 100% here for the not done yet movement! We are just getting started 🙌🏻
